Good god, does literally everything in Brazil has an armored option?

The SWB one is only a bit bigger than a new Honda Accord.

Parts are a problem, driving it not as such. Everything here has 150% import tax, I can barely pay for all my new Citroens, I can't imagine what a 60k mile 740i would do to my bank account.

I hate to say it, but the solution is to only have two cars. A daily-driver, and a weekend car.

That's what I'm trying to accomplish (+ a larger car for traveling). One weekend car, one DD, and one larger SUV thing.

Wow. And I can barely afford my $1000 Cutlass!

Practically speaking, wouldn't that be an asset for an armored car? The more you blend in the less likely you are to be targeted.

This is a nice little car, despite the humdrum looks. It looks a bit Bangle.

It looks a bit bland but compared to the 2010/09 B-Class or Audi A3 it isn't all that bad.

Well the C30 is (was) their only small car. But only 2 doors.

They made a C40 for a while - rented one once. Nice little car.

Yeah - V40 - and we don't get that engine here in US America. That car might be the answer.

We don't get diesels here, rented it in Switzerland. I can't afford it haha, at $40k it is a bit too much for me.

Introduced to the Brazilian market last year, there aren't many used ones, the only ones I could find are around 36k which still is too much for me.

Hmmm ... I want to say I rented one in ... 2011? We had them for a while, then they stopped selling them. Drove it from NYC to DC and back. Recall that it was comfortable on the highway, had a decent bit of grunt, and good brakes. Steering could use more feel though.
